Not very friendly service. My landlord gave them my info, when they called me the lady wanted to send someone right then and there. I was at work so told her the next day or Friday would work. She said she would call to set some thing up. Next day at 8 am she called and said she was sending guy over soon. I asked her what soon meant and she said like 10 to 15 mins. I was dead sleep..as I have twin newborns. I was trying to comprehend what she was saying repeated what she said. She then replied you told me yesterday today would work. I agreed and she hung up on me. Brian arrived I showed him the area. He says it was shower head, we had a new one so my son was digging it out of the bathroom, he told my son " I need to get it in there." This is AFTER I told him I would have my son dig out new shower head. Brian said that was the problem and we didn't have a leak I tried telling him the floor Is NOT wet when we shower. He then spoke over me said " you aren't listening to me it is the shower head leaking down the wall out the side." And that the landlord would need to replace tile. Proceeded to leave and slammed my door on way out. Very bunch of unprofessional people maybe they do good work.....I don't know I just know that they lack customer service and friendliness. Setting a appointment up with me the day before would of been the right thing to do. Operating on a 10 min notice ....really??? I told my landlord in future IF he has to use them HE will need to coordinate and deal with them as I refuse to deal with them.
